Occupation: Biologist / Environmentalist / Educator
Comment:       Wow, hard to believe it has been 50 years since graduation at Haworth H.S.  My wife (Cathy Byers class of 75) and I are celebrating 46 years this summer.  I have one son who lives here in Kokomo.

I have still not retired yet.  I spent 33 years teaching science at Kokomo H.S., then worked a year as a Career Counselor, three years as the Recycling Director / Urban Conservationist in Tippecanoe County, and then came back to Kokomo H.S. as a para in a special needs resource room.  I still teach a Human Physiology class at I.U.K. that keeps me busy and engaged with young people.

I am looking forward to the reunion this summer and seeing many classmates.  I hope to see many there for the special celebration.

Wow!  So good to find a way to be in touch.  I look forward to seeing some of you in August!  Seems freaky wierd after 40 years.  Can it really be that it's been that long?  I don't feel old enough for that to be true.  I am sure you are feeling too young to think it has been 40 years since we said good bye to Haworth High School and one another.  Have a good summer!

Comment: Tom and I have been married for 33 years and we have two grown children.  Our daughter Christie is almost 27, newly married last September and lives in Noblesville.  She got a Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Indianapolis in May of 2007 and married Gene Geisz in September.  Gene is a chemical engineer for PPG in the aeronautics division.
Blake is our son.  He is 23 and just starting his second year of dental school at IU School of Dentistry.  He has a girl friend right now who is in her second year of veterinary school at UC Davis.
Tom and I built a house after the kids went to college and for the first time we live in the "county".
